Jodi is THE BEST!! Hands down. She gave us a thorough explanation of our exact car seat (all the functions, how to travel with it, all the adjustments) along with a great hands on approach to the install. She showed us and then had both my husband and I install it ourselves. Not only was she an incredible teacher, she has continued to answer my questions months after the fact. She has always provided the most thorough and easy to understand explanations of anything I've asked. Well worth the money and just a very sweet person!!! Jodi just left our home and my husband and I were VERY impressed with her. She is a is wealth of information and so helpful. She came to our house on short notice after our carseat was involved in an accident (thankfully everyone is okay but car seat needed to be replaced). She helped us decide on the right convertible seat over the phone and came to teach us to install in properly. She did two lessons so that both my husband and I could see it.
